Mindfulness Classes

The instructor for these courses is Anh-Le Ho-Gia. Le is a lecturer at the National University of Singapore. She has also been active in building communities of mindful living in Singapore, and often co-organises international mindfulness retreats in Singapore. Since July 2017, Le has trained about 100 teachers in cultivating happiness and well-being in schools by integrating mindfulness and social emotional learning in private schools in Vietnam.

Introduction to Mindfulness: Care for Oneself, Care for Each Other  (Wednesdays)

Intermediate Mindfulness: A Mindful Journey to Happiness (Tuesdays)

2 hours each session

Week 2 – Mindfulness for Restless Bodies and Minds

Week 3 – Mindfulness for Training Your Attention

Week 4 – The Skills of Happiness

Weekly Breathers

 Every Wednesdays @ 12.15pm to 12.45pm (Starting from 13 Feb 2019)
