Resilience in your College Experience (R.I.C.E) is a pilot programme initiated by the Wellness Team at the Dean of Students office. The programme aims to:
Each training session will feature videos by experts in the field, engaging class activities, discussion and reflection on concepts and ideas relating to mental resilience, and practices that can be incorporated into daily life.
Subsequently, students will meet weekly with their mentors (Natalie or Glen), to share about how they have utilised the skills they have learnt in their day-to-day activities and interactions.
