Hello Everyone! My name is Chia, your RLO at Elm. I graduated from Peking University with a master’s degree in International Relations. The past 3 years I worked as the student engagement manager at Yenching Academy at Peking University. I had the honor of working with graduate students from over 44 countries.
I am a high energy person and love being on the go! Interacting with students is one of my favorite aspects of working in higher education. Prior to my work in higher education, I worked in a variety of roles, including a role of business development assistant at an American owned travel agency in China, financial consultant at an investment firm, and intern at the US Chamber of Commerce in China. With my experiences in various types of industries, I welcome students to come chat with me any time.Advice for Students
