Congratulations on making the decision to enroll at Yale-NUS College! Over the coming weeks and months, there are several required steps you must complete prior to your arrival on campus for orientation. Please review the information below and contact the appropriate office if you have any questions.
You will receive several email communications over the next few months. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam filter and contact the Admissions Office to provide an updated email address. Your Yale-NUS email address will only be activated upon completion of Registration Part 1, so please continue to check the personal email address indicated on your Yale-NUS application.

Enrollment Form Round 1 Admits Due: 20 May 2019 Round 2 Admits Due: 17 June 2019 Complete your enrollment form online by the above respective dates, according to the round you were admitted, to confirm your attendance at Yale-NUS. If you have not yet received the enrollment form, please contact the Admissions Office. |

First Year Form Round 1 Admits Due: 6 June 2019 Round 2 Admits Due: 17 June 2019 All incoming students must complete the first year form online. This information will be used to coordinate your housing on-campus and the orientation programme. The form will be available here and be sent out via email in May. Please contact the Dean of Students Office with any questions. |

International Students: Student Pass Between mid-June and late-June 2019 International students will need to complete the process to secure a student pass, a requirement from the Singapore government. You will receive an email with specific directions in mid-June. Please contact studenthelp@yale-nus.edu.sg with any questions. |

Central Provident Fund Education Scheme Application Application Period:1 to 31 July 2019 Students interested in applying for the Central Provident Fund Education Scheme (CES) should submit the application during the stipulated application period . Completion of Health Screening Due Date: Book appointment by 5 July 2019, 12.00pm (Singapore Time)

Completion of Registration (Part One) Due Date: 12 July 2019, 11.59pm (Singapore Time) During the Registration (Part One) process, you will be asked to update your personal particulars online and download some forms to be submitted during Registration (Part Two). Completion of Registration (Part Two) Due Date: 30 July 2019 (2pm – 6pm, Singapore Time) to 31 July 2019 (9am – 4pm, Singapore Time) All students will complete the Registration (Part Two) process, which is also known as matriculation, within the stated timings during the First-Year move-in days. Matriculation is one of the counters that you need to clear as part of the move-in process.Please note that the following documents are required:

Post-Secondary Education Account Submission Deadline for ad-hoc submission – 5 to 16 August 2019 Students who would like to utilise their Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) should submit their ad-hoc withdrawal by 16 August 2019. Please contact the Financial Aid office with any questions. |
Step 11 |
Move-In & Orientation 30 – 31 July *all students must move in by 4:00PM on 31 July at the latest. Students are required to arrive and move-in to campus during this time.
