Building A Culture of Nutrition & Fitness [BACON(AF)] is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle within the Yale-NUS community. Activities include weekly yoga and Pilates classes, healthy baking sessions as well as gym programs.

Through these programs, BACON aims to educate the Yale-NUS student population on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and to provide various options through which students can maintain their health and fitness. Also, BACON organizes fun college-wide events such as the ‘Squat Challenge’ and ‘Arm Wrestling Challenge’ to introduce fun and refreshing ways to engage the student population.
